The three hour elective course on 1031 Exchange is offered in compliance with fulfillment of the Continuing Education requirement set by the Georgia Real Estate Commission.

The course is designed for the real estate professional seeking to learn the requirements, tests and benefits of Chapter 1031 of the Internal Revenue Code. The course teaches a Realtor how an investor might defer Capital Gains by utilizing the features of Section 1031 of the U.S. Internal Revenue Code.


Fair Housing (3 hours) @ $14.95

Fair Housing is a three hour elective course approved for Continuing Education Credit by the Georgia Real Estate Commission.

This course is designed to educate the CE Student on the subject of the Federal and State Fair Housing Laws.

The objective is to increase awareness, sensitivity and compliance with the Laws. The session will explain how to comply with Fair Housing Laws, providing all clients and customers Equal Housing Opportunity regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, familial status, disability, AIDS/HIV or need for use of service animals.
